Shipping Information & Policy

Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout for your review before payment is collected. We ship worldwide. Please Note: Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. If you need something at a specific date it is recommended you choose one of UPS's guaranteed delivery times (3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day).

All orders submitted before 2 p.m. CT will be shipped same day, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, orders submitted before noon will be shipped same day.

Domestic: Shipping goes by weight and by zone that you live in. We use UPS Ground and USPS unless otherwise requested. If you have a preference please let us know.  

International (outside the U.S.): For international shipping we use US Priority Mail unless the packages are over-sized and then we use Air Freight or UPS.

Note on shipping large/bulky items: Sometimes our website will not be able to determine if an item will have to ship separate or is over-sized. If it is, we will contact you and tell you what the shipping cost will be before we ship or submit the charge. 

Note on Provent-a-Mite: This product can only ship in the continental US. It also has to ship UPS Ground.
